This page intends to give a summary of the roadmap of the Data Expert Group and projects within the Data Expert Group. The intention shall be to have a quite detailed roadmap for next 6 months and less detailed roadmap for the next 6 months, i.e. covering 12 months in total

• Focus is on data-centric architectures, the VSS Feeder, VSS Data Stores and Data Servers components and the benefits and methods for connecting them.

• Design pattern expected on data hierarchies. Computation on the function edge leads to higher level data (VSS), which is then synched elsewhere in vehicle for further processing. This reduces network traffic and lowers transmission cost to the cloud.

• Some supporting PoCs likely.
